There is nothing quite like sinking a cold lager; when the need arises – nothing else will do. To quench that after-work, summer barbeque or sweaty fell-walk thirst we have brewed a light, lower strength pilsner. After an extensive search and several trials, we settled on some of the best lager malts and yeast we could find, we have used all German hops to bring that clean, noble character to the beer. Dry hopped with Huell Melon hops after fermentation to give a light, botanical, honeydew flavour.
